OneRoom is an LMS (Learning Management System) and CRM platform built specifically for learning centers in Uzbekistan. It suits any learning center — from English courses to robotics, music, dance and sports clubs. It lets you manage students, payments, schedules, attendance and reports in a single system.
OneRoom comes in three main plans: Starter — 270,000 UZS per month (up to 200 students, 1 branch, 3 admins). Business — 570,000 UZS per month (up to 500 students, 3 branches, 5 admins). Premium — 870,000 UZS per month (up to 1,000 students, 8 branches, 12 admins). For 1,000+ students a custom plan is agreed individually. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial — no card details required.
Yes. On the Business and Premium plans you can run several branches from a single account (up to 3 and up to 8 respectively). Each branch has its own student database, schedule and reports. You can view overall statistics as well as the figures of an individual branch. For larger networks the custom plan has no limit on the number of branches.
Yes. All data is stored encrypted on European servers (EU). Automatic backups run daily. An SSL certificate and HTTPS are mandatory. Only staff you have authorized can access the data. The system operates in line with GDPR requirements.
Not at all. You can import students, payments and other data from an Excel or CSV file in moments. The custom plan includes personal migration support. A full move often takes just one day.
OneRoom is fully responsive — it works just as comfortably on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no need to install a mobile app; you can open it directly in your browser. Through the Telegram bot, teachers and students receive lesson notices and payment reminders.
On the Starter plan — email support (business days, reply within 24 hours). On the Business plan — chat and email support (during business hours). On the Premium plan — 24/7 phone, chat and email support plus a personal manager. Video tutorials and the help center are free for all users.
